Scope:
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided under the Internet Peering Service.
Service Description:
The Internet Peering Service offers a platform for data transmission and information exchange between different networks.
Prohibited Use:
3.1 The user agrees not to use the service for illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to, activities that violate local, national, or international laws.
3.2 Specifically, the use of the service to distribute illegal content, including copyrighted material, child pornography, hate speech, fraud, or to promote illegal activities, is prohibited.
3.3 Sending spam through the service is strictly prohibited. Spam refers to unwanted, typically promotional messages sent in large quantities.
User Responsibility:
The user is solely responsible for all activities conducted through their account. The user agrees to take all necessary measures to ensure that their account is not used for illegal or unauthorized activities.
Legal Consequences of Violations:
In the event of a violation of these GTC, the provider reserves the right to immediately terminate the service and initiate legal proceedings.
Disclaimer of Liability:
The provider assumes no liability for damages resulting from the use of the service, unless such damages were caused intentionally or due to gross negligence.
Changes to the GTC:
The provider reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. Users will be informed of changes in an appropriate manner.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law:
These GTC and all disputes arising from the use of the service are subject to the laws of the country where the provider is headquartered.
